1. Booking & Confirmation
All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Egypt Private Tours and the required deposit has been received.
2. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking
- Full payment is due 60 days before departure
- For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking
- We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal
3. Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus administration fee
- 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance
4. Changes to Your Booking
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking. An administration fee may apply for significant changes. Some changes may not be possible depending on availability and supplier terms.
5. Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking that you have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, repatriation, cancellation, and personal belongings. Proof of insurance may be requested.
6. Passports & Visas
You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) and any required visas. We can provide guidance on visa requirements but cannot be held responsible for entry refusal.
7. Itinerary Changes
While we make every effort to operate tours as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, political situations, or operational requirements.
8. Liability
Egypt Private Tours acts as an agent for various suppliers and cannot be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.
